About Us

Ashley Burnell founded Pack-N-Stack Moving Boxes in Peachland, British Columbia. After many moves throughout his college years, Ash was fed up struggling with cardboard. He followed the established method of dumpster diving, assembling and disposing of cardboard many times, but thought there must be a more sensible and eco-friendly solution. He found a solution in California, where plastic-moving boxes had just taken hold in the market. After seeing the great success and adoption of this product in California, Ash thought it was time to introduce the plastic moving box to the Okanagan Valley.
Pack-N-Stack is enthusiastically serving the Okanagan with a fresh, innovative, affordable moving solution. Cardboard boxes dominated the moving supply business for almost a century, without any competition. However, with today’s increased awareness of sustainability, cardboard is clearly the wrong tool for the job. Each of Pack-N-Stack’s reusable boxes will be rented 400 times before being recycled into a new set of boxes. For a customer that rents 50 plastic boxes instead of using cardboard this saves: 990 liters of fresh water, 1 tree, 27 liters of gasoline, and enough electricity to power a 60 watt light bulb for 2500 hours.
Pack-N-Stack’s mission is to make moving easier and greener. With a relentless focus on sustainability and 100% customer satisfaction, we are the pack leader!
